Yes, completely free for everyone in the pilot. You're helping us build something better, and in return you get the full 360 before it's public.
Never. Reflections are anonymous and pooled together, so they can be honest and you get the real picture, kindly. Nothing is ever attributed to a single person.
No. They get a simple link, answer a few questions in their browser, and that's it. The whole thing takes them a few minutes.
The opposite. Wenbee is built strengths-first, and it leads with what people genuinely value in you. Most people find it far warmer than the story in their own head.
As soon as a handful of the people you invite respond, usually within a few days of inviting them.
